Hello , i m Luso . I am a diploma holder and currently pursuing a degree in game art development at Limkokwing university. I am expecting to graduate in July 2012 . My objective is to continualy enhance my technical abilities as a creatures and environment artist in game development .My major skills are creature /character design and creating realistic texture from photo references. UDK time !

Finishing Product

Yea~ finally pass up the  project but still have some part haven't complete yet  . My game call " blind man `s holiday " why call blind man ? because my character is a blind man haha ~

The game was created by using UDK and The Level is VCTF  , the art concept for this level is ancient temple base plus high-tech construct's . The high-
tech constructure is to cover /protect  the ancient tower and  become the military base for each team .   




player should not heading to the enemy`s  base without any vechicle , because in front your base will be a greater field of 
mechanical killer , Unless you are good in controlling the skateboard. 

There are 3 kind of vehicles ready for the player which is Scorpion , Manta and Cicada  . But some of the vehicles 
are hidden , player need to figure it out how to get the particular vehicles 



There are two highway which is direct  connected to the enemy base , Use it wisely, and victory will be yours 


Origin of the “ Blind Man ”

After Kaso (Blindman`s brother-blue team leader ) is dead , NOVA (new corrupt series , new blue team leader ) damage the harmony 
between the two team .  Blind Man has been attack and locked up from the blue team military and the military start to
lead the new group to destroy the red base and all the organic people .  
Unreal Tournament character “ corrupt ” ,  i did not own any copyright from this image , the copyright is belong to unreal tournament  . i only use it for the story refrence image .
After three months in prison , He succeed escaped from the dungeon with his injured body . 
He not only lost one eye and also lost his both legs and he change his name from luso to blindman .

A mechanical engineer found him in the broken temple , he took him and give him his two new  mechanical legs . In
order to repay it , he decided to reorganize the new military to crusade against militarism organization (Blue team ) 
before they destroy the entire red base



With the high evolution of the technology , he constantly improve his structure to become an invincible body ,an mechannical 
killer ,  Of course his strength is not just killer , Now he is the only one organic protector  that survive to the presenta 
day . With his clever mind and sensitive action together with mechanical construction , he is ready to lead his new army 
to against the enemy (blue team) .





Introduction of " Blind Man "

The character named “ Blind Man”, as you can see its an combination of organic wood skin and robotic structure .
Wearing an high-tech armor and carrying a range of equipment such as hand carry weapon “ Zipper ”  and human
long range gun , BlindMan is the protector of the Sky Tower , his responsibility is to ensure the safety of the Ensign.

Level design

this is the level designed for the game , the 2 base is same , even the terrain / pickup item also is similar to each other . 




Level assets

 This is the 3D modeling of the level , 1 Team  include 2 towers , 2 temples and 1 base .  both team base is the same . 



For the building , i saperate to many part before UVW mapping and i combine them together after done the texture. After finsihed the texture , i will symmetry it and export as ASE. for importing to the UDK  . 


As u can see the asset is havent add in the material yet , next step is to import the texture and create material for it. 


After creating and applying material for assets , we can start to placing the asest into UDK .
